I'm pretty sure that whatever is in those files is in a proprietary format, so any QD device other than another PR100 is unlikely to be able to read them.

If you got the patches into the unit, then at least the MIDI from computer to U20 is working. If it's not responding to MIDI notes from the computer, start by looking at all the channel settings (again). The patch load is not channelized and it got through. Do the LEDs light up and respond to the switches?

Is there any noise at the audio outputs?

Does MIDI OUT work?
