I wonder if you can make "presets" on the Fusion like the algorithms on the DX7? I wouldn't wanna always start building from nothing every time. Because usually when I design a sound on the DX7 I first decide what algorithm I want for the particular sound I have in mind. Sure you can, just define t...

I'll have to dig up the picture, but at one point I had my MicroKorg on a slanted 12 space desktop rack. I put two long screws into the holes in the rack creating a sort of two point shelf and set the uKorg upright with keys downward on the rack. It was real easy to tweak it then, especially the seq...

That question probably belongs in the software section. Ya see..there's specific sections for different types of postings. But here's an answer anyway. I have looked at Reaktor a couple times but haven't used it extensively so I'm no expert, but the purpose of a midi controller is not to store patch...

I have one and have used it for real time control through MIDI of CC#s on a bunch of different synths without any hardware issues at all. Everything still works as advertised and though it's all plastic the casing and pots have also held up well. I have never tried to run it into the computer via us...

reach around the back of yourself with both hands and grab onto that place where you sit. That's your a*s.

Now bend your arm. That place where it bends is called your elbow.

Hope this helps.

Re: broken keyboard as in the one you would type on-

Most people from that region of the country have desired to be an awesome academic though they turn into drop outs. With the page provided that is what I assume. Although you have all of those GAY synths to play with and if you picked on somebody that didnt know any better you could pretend to be m...

it's BASIC, man :lol::
Oh sure, but now explain "loomin" to me. Does this mean using a loom? Does it mean being overshadowed by something taller which also drops its Gs?

I'm confused. We should probably consult vcASS since he admittedly "knows better."

I have one and as others have said its worth $30 easy. I use it mostly for a plain MIC preamp and for bringing guitar or bass output signals up to line level, but its quiet and flexible (and small), especially for the $$. Good to have around.

Try savihost or minihost. Google 'em. Both are freestanding VST hosts, not sequencers, and will load your VSTs and allow you to play them with a controller plugged into a USB port.

check that you have the MIDI IN and OUT cables plugged into the right sockets on the Micron. It's easy to reverse them. Unfortunately some manufacturers will label the MIDI OUT cable "IN" because it needs to go to the MIDI IN jack of the instrument when in rfact that should label it OUT because it's...

yeah, he'll be back. the FiZmO Siren Song will call to him in hisREM sleep "bring me back, Hup, bring me back".... :D Nothing's impossible, I guess. If I find another one kicking around for cheap I'd buy it on principle but I don't see myself shelling out an ever-increasing price for one. Though it...
