Ill have to find the link again but it noted that the racks were mfr *after* the kbs in 1999?? Maybe leftovers?? Who knows. maybe E figured it should cut their losses and put out a few racks to see if they could sell any better... :? The story from the link I gave makes reference to the FIZ...

There's two of them there free to DL. A 216 and a 260, I think.

That's a great recommendation if real organists embrace the thing.

I haven't installed it yet but that does sound pretty fun to do. HEck, you could get 4 cheezy casio or yamaha home keyboards with MIDI at garage sales and glue 'em all together for your own theater organ!

I don't get it Huppo, if you liked your Fizmo that much why did you sell it? Aren't they quite rare? I don't consider them all that rare. Certainly fewer of them around than plenty of other synths, but not really rare. I got rid of it this time because I have too many synths. I had taken it off one...

It's only because Entropy Farmer is such a good doobie that I can well and truly rule the world. He hath rendered upon me his mighty Prophecy so I now am enlightened.

So if you're totally stuck due to dodgy buttons, there is a solution! Very true. I've owned everything in the CZ series except the CZ-1 over the course of 20 something years and I believe I tried every editor solution available at the time. A clunky editor like that can def save you from bad button...

A more concise and coherent way of saying what I was trying to say before. Sorry about that! I didn't even see your post on it or I wouldn't have rephrased without referencing you. Disrespectful and bad form, as well. Plus, you should see what happens when I try and answer things clearly in ...

I've just completed a transaction as a seller with pangmaster on the receiving end. It was a pleasure to work with him, great emails, great guy. Everything worked out very well. I'd do biz again with him any day.

I believe it has the same soundset as the MC-303, so you can look around for samples of that unit, as well. I had one at my house for a few days. I purchased it from someone on Ebay but it wasn't working properly so I returned it. It did make all the correct sounds though and it was a lot of fun. Th...

I was thinking of getting one of these at some point to go with my Casio CZ-1000. I haven't really looking into it too deeply yet. Anyone know if it will or won't work with the CZ's? It won't work. The CZ series doesn't respond in real time to tweaks from external controllers, either. Even if you u...

I definitely hear what you're talking about. There's another variable to your equation: your own knowledge curve in general. Here's how it worked for me: Other than some sporadic ownership (CZ-1000, MS-10) and vague general knowledge and interest much earlier in life (20+ years), I'd say my present ...
