well, according to jimmy, as of a couple weeks ago, the pro-one theyve been touring with is the same one i sold them years ago. i think the reason he bought a refurbished one from me was to replace the unreliable ones.

we recently put a poly-800 mk 2 on the market and ive been playing around with it a lot. i feel this is a really under-rated synth and have been thinking about keeping it and modifying it. i was curious to see if anyone has circuit bent one (beyond the "moog slayer" mod) and discovered the Hawk-800 ...

i love this synth. you got an amazing deal. i feel this is a really under-rated, under-valued piece.

i agree with this comment: "blame every person who's complained about the lack of new analogue synths that hasn't bought an Andromeda brand new for full retail cost." you snooze you lose. the bottom line is... if you see something you really want, do what it takes to buy it. it took me quite a while...
