keep in mind some screws are hard to find, you may have to shop online if your hardware store hasnt got the right kind. shopping for screws sucks, though i guess its not bad if you only need one type. (we ordered hundreds of dollars in screws a while back and i was more involved than i wanted to be!!)

well, if it was me shipping it, id want to know exactly what was done wrong so it wouldnt happen again... i think you should find out how they packed it so you know what not to do next time.

yes, im asking how they packed the 700. was it damaged when you got it or when you sold it? did UPS pay to repair the damages? what happened?
