i love both. you really need to make that decision on your own, theyre very different.

none of these touch the sound of our ems2000, but if youre not a serious vocoder nut with a good budget to work with then the warp factory would be the one i would recommend. does way more than the paia, which is a low budget vocoder and sounds it. the paia may sound more analog but the warp does so...

i dont know about this western union insurance thing. i doubt its going to cover losing money on an obvious scam (!).

personally, i prefer the obxa over the obx, but we all have our preferences.

its rare to find an obx these days that doesnt need servicing.

I DISAGREE with these: the dx7 is not difficult at all with an editor and probably isnt so bad from the front panel but who uses the front panel? ;) the polivoks is not difficult - if you understand subtractive synthesis, youll figure out what all the knobs do in no time at all and then remember fun...

scammers are always trying to sell you synthi aks' and arp 2600s they havent got. theyll get your money and youll get nothing in return. generally, if something seems wrong, it probably is. this was obviously a scam.
