I don't there is a church organ patch in the M12 presets. Here is a listing: http://matrix-12.tripod.com/m12factory.htm And there is only one "organ" patch that comes with the M12V. So buying the M12 isn't going to give you this sound. But, it doesn't have to be an M12, as many synths can do church ...

Sounds to me more like 8th notes played, with a 16th note delay (so the delay fills in the 16ths to the 8th note part).
