Re: Help identifying synth rack late 80´s early 90´s

What sounds did it make? Analog? Digital? Rompler? FM? It was a 1u rack, but had *no* buttons or display? No buttons at all? Color? Stereo, mono? Polyphonic? Monophonic? What else do you remember about it? The only synth modules I can immediately think of that had no controls are the Roland boxes - ...

You use your phone and an app to snapshot the synth patches if you want to - you can even share patches via QR codes to other people.

CS DX CP YC

YC..? Combo organ?
If so, we have an analog synth (CS), a digital FM synth (FM), a stage piano (CP) and a stage organ (YC) keyboard/s...

Almost certainly minikeys, from the size of the thing/s.

What you've posted so far I certainly can't class as ramblings.

To be honest, even if you'd posted *actual* ramblings I think most of us would still find it interesting!

Re: Anyone remember Music Technology magazine?

More history here: http://www.recordingmag.com/history.html The US version history can be seen at the link above. As far as I can see looking at the company records online, the founders Dennis Hill and Terry Day sold the UK Music Maker Publications to the (giant) Future Publishing company in the lat...

This is all I've got. Personnel and instruments listed for every song. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/So_(album) The hour long Classic Album documentary on "So" didn't go into detail on this track, unfortunately, not even the extras - but it's still an excellent watch. I think it's a guitar part too ...
