The Snow is the only TI that has the single DSP. The polar, full size and desktop all have the same specs beyond the keyboard or lack of. Would that really be such a big shock? There are probably very few synths depeche mode hasn't used over the years and the P'08 is one of only a handful of new polyphonic analogs.

I think it is all about economics. If the current selling values of the polivoks and JP = the current selling values of the P'08 than it is a fair trade. If you aren't really using those synths and think the P'08 might inspire some creativity than why not?

There are lots of options for software modulars which is basically how you use a nord modular anyway, right?
