I believe it is supposed to be used in conjunction with the Schlagzwerg... or at least that seems to be implied. Could be a cool little combo.

Many of the Spectralis' features can be found in an expanded Quasimidi 309. Heck, I recognized many of the Spectralis' stock drum samples from the 309 I owned years ago. Ah, another great suggestion...except that it only has a monophonic synth. An expanded 309 has three synth voices. I never ever k...
