perhaps you live in different countries with different standards.

here (in arizona, usa) it really depends on the size of the venue and their income, but it seems to be becoming more and more standard for a venue to have subs live.

Also, M-Audio audio interfaces (FW or USB) have drivers that are very stable, and work harmoniously with Ableton Live/Reason and/or entry level ProTools software. The Metric Calendar and Clock actually were created along with the rest of the metric system, but they never really caught on. The Metric Week had 10 days in it.
