I mostly just use my fingers for keys and built-in sequencers for drums. Sometimes I use my ER-1 to sequence other stuff since it has an xox. I occasionally use the arp out of my djx on my ESQ-1. Sort of fun. Whats the main appeal of sequncing? I mean, I want an mmt-8 for a little fun or something, ...

It doesn't have an interanl battery does it? It just a full-key CZ-101 which I KNOW doesn't have an internal battery. Try just putting actual batteries in it. With my 101 it was fine if I kept it plugged in except when in transport. I think it has a cap. that will save it's power for a bit. Good luc...

I wanna see your gearlist. You hardly ever talk about synths. All I know is Fizmo.
Amen, and Zonkout's.

I stopped listing all my kit because it's a little austentatious and promotes fan-boy behavior (gear worship), which i feel is unmusical and just tacky.... it's just kinda rude, imho. This is exactly the way I feel. I don't have anything to brag about. Not that I would anyway. I don't see the point...

The sixth voice on your chip is dead. You probably need a new one. They are available online and I think are fairly easy to intall. Mine had the problem when I got it and then it mysteriously went away and never came back ang I gig it regularly. I heard sometimes it's just loose solder joints. Anywa...

The Casio VA-10 was the easiest I ever used. Switch on, select a vocoder patch, speak into mic. That was all you needed to do! 8) Oh, and this is my post number 808, so I'm having a party now..! Hah, a fellow of VA-10 user! Sweet 1 band vocoder. I like to use it to do feedback loops through t...

Reason bugs me because it doesn't have an audio in! WTF. All those effects and you can't do external processing. Therefore, if you want to vocode something you have to record it first and then play it in the sampler.

I'm pretty sure.

Now I think I want to keep the EA-1 and sell the ER-1 for an ES-1. How many kits can it store? How many samples? What is the sample quality (as in how it actually sounds. I don't know what the numbers mean)? How much of an improvement is the ES-1 mkII? I looked up the manuals and they seem to be abo...
