its good to have ems01. the upper part is polivoks with more modulation possibilities and lower part is kvintet with 6 presets. oh and theres built in phaser. really good one!

if you have some skills in soldering then making this vcs3 will be no problem to you. wooden case can be made by woodworker for few $. the biggest pain is the matrix (160 E) and rare components. all else is a piece of cake

i only had chance to play on pe2000. i'm interested in some sounds though

first check key contacts and clean all of them and later replace all 22uF tantalum caps to 22uF electrolyt ones

ok i've exchanged lm311. knobs are now reacting!

but still, sound is crunchy/gritty and when i touch keyboard keys it doesn't change pitch
