Agreed, the 60 is the best of the Juno's. It's definitely the one to have.
The 6 is really great too as long as you don't mind not having patch memory, which I think is really fun if you are using it just for studio work. Makes you be creative.

Re: MS2000

I dont agree, Ive used both and the micro is very similar but not the same. just my opnion. I've owned both, at the same time. what do you have to say to that? Same here. They are exactly the same synth engines, hence why the micro sounds so good (face it, it sounds pretty good). The MS-2000 APPEAR...

Re: I really want an early 80's Roland poly. Suggestions?

I don't know... the JX-10 has double the polyphony and can have two layers. That would make it pretty damn big sounding.

Don't the JX-10's have reliability issues though? More so that the JX-8p's?

Re: I really want an early 80's Roland poly. Suggestions?

Everyone is basically pushing me to what I was thinking.

So are the sounds of the Jupiter 6 very different compared to the JX's?

No need to thank! If enough of us act accordingly, maybe others will follow in line!

Re: Tom Oberheim Interview - Need Your Help

Nah man, it's a forum.
I'm not trying to point out any one individual personally. I hate when people have drama and s**t on forums; it's lame.
So hence I did not and won't direct it towards you.
It's all cool, point was made. Let's sail on! :-D

Hmmm... forgot about the Super Jupiter.

*Also to the moderators, if you could move this to buyers guide, that would be cool. I messed up. Unless you're cool with it here.

I really want an early 80's Roland poly. Suggestions?

I am looking at the JX-8p, 3p and Jupiter 6. Basically going for that classic 80's Roland haunting pad sound, etc. I really love the early Cure sounds that they got out of the Rolands. Just trying to decide on which one. The Jupiter seems awesome, has all the slider already on it. The 3p sounds amaz...

Re: Tom Oberheim Interview - Need Your Help

I think the reason that everyone wants to know if there will be TV and FV keyboards is because it will determine whether some of us will buy the drop in modules or the stand alone ones. I would rather not buy a stand alone one if there indeed will be a TV or FV coming in the near future. I would pr...

Re: Yamaha cs60 - what do people think

That''s what you would think by that question on the auction, but.... I messaged him the first time he listed it and basically got a "no f**k way" response to shipping. So, when he relisted it, I messaged again, and basically got the same reply. A few days later, that question appears on the auction...

Yes; will there be a keyboard based TVS with sequencer, etc. available with the new SEMs?

Re: Yamaha cs60 - what do people think

The reason that 60 is sitting on the Bay is because the seller is being ridiculous about shipping it, otherwise it would be here with me. I WILL buy one, but I am done emailing that f**k guy. No synth is worth that aggravation.

there is a list with some MIX MODE (drums) mp3 and other sounds. Listen the "chime steel" for FM.

If I have time I'll upload some Ring mod ones.
