It was the Little Phatty that made me decide to order a Voyager. I can't wait till the Voyager arrives. I love my LP so much, I KNOW I'm gonna love the Voyager.

Ummm .... the new Blofeld has all of the wavetables of the XT, plus the upperwave table of the PPG so it is really a hybrid of the Q and XT not just VA, so it will do most of the wavetable stuff your asking for. The Stromberg is supposed to be based on the same architecture as the Blofeld so it sho...

... I find it odd that they are pushing all these different versions of the Q so hard in a market saturated by VA's. I think if they brought out more wavetable and esoteric synthesizers, they would carve themselves a small, but profitable niche in the market. Ummm .... the new Blofeld has all of th...

So I indeed am going for an XTk. I didn't think I would find one but the forums proved otherwise. I just think it's odd that Waldorf hasn't tried to re-release any of the Microwave synths. It basically wouldn't require any R&D since they already have the circuit diagrams and the templates. I find it...

they cant even get thier collective s**t together on Blofeld, so if I were U I wouldnt hold my breath here. :x What's the air like up there on your massive horse? Get down before you cause a mischief! What the h**l will it take to keep threads around here civil? Please, if you can't post a comment ...

I know. It's ridiculous. All I want is a XTk type synth, and the closest thing that they are "considering" putting out is the Stromberg. Does anyone know why they don't continue the Microwave line? They sold rather well didn't they?

What's going on with the Stromberg?

Think they'll release it? Waldorf is always vague on releasing information on progress.

The friggin' Andromeda.

It actually DOES take work to get good usable sounds, even with all those knobs. But once you make a good one... it's amazing!

That's how I do it. I think Cluster keeps the temp tuning off. I find it gets too sloppy for me when I leave the temp off, but I tend to keep my place on the cold side.

I don't know why everyone would be so excited over a mini one osc synth either. There's plenty of those around right now. Get a sh101 for $600 and call it a day. Or spend a little more and get another osc in the form of a pro-one.
Patch storage and Midi.

I don't know what to tell ya Mini. I certainly own a couple handfuls of vintage analogs, as does Clusterchord, and both of us seem to find the tuning of the Andromeda to be on the same page as any other analog synth.

the ones ive tried were all pre 2006 and they had what i would consider to be poor tuning on any vintage synth. Wait. Did you check the tuning menu to make sure that the temperature auto tuning was on? A lot of people keep it off. I keep temp tuning on, and background tuning off. Mine is a 2002 and...
