As far as value, just print out the last few ebay auction with Roland SH-3. Any synth books you may have explaining how rare it is, may help.

I would go with the mopho, based on price. MFB products are great but they are cheaply made. I'm not sure if they would last as long as the DSI or MOOG. The moog LP, it's great sounding, easy to use ,and if you live in a larger metro city you can pick one up for less than $800.
