anyone know of where i can get a free maximizer vst, was looking a the BBE Maximizer but a wee bit costly, or do you suggest i check out KVR as the usual suspect place to find a free one.

Can you drive Alex or have friends who can drive? Maybe you or them could hire a van and move the stuff yourself, without having to worry about the movers handling your gear. Will save you in dealing with their insurance company should any damage occur during transit.
