so, personally i'd roll w/ the CS-5. has external input & CV/gate for sequencing/chaining, too. axxe does too, don't think the micro does though... CS-5 was my first synth and i still have it. got to play with a micromoog and didn't care for it (partially just because of their cheap, shitty construction). CS-5 is competition for my MS-10 when it comes to basslines. have only gotten to play with one axxe and most of its sliders had gone to s**t....
