Huh, the MPC is as organized as you make it. yeah and you have to make it organized since they tend to wind up with a bunch of unnecessary directories. trust me, having had 3 mpc's, the 555 is far easier to keep sample files in order. granted though, like i said earlier, i'm no pro with samplers. a...

anybody else with a 106 or an HS-60 mind putting up pics of your main board? haven't started switching chips to the old board, but the new one IS a little glitchy. would like to make sure the old one's correct before i take the other apart.

Say is cool tho-I like the render function where? they're not in text edit, only voice it has is vicki. forget its name but the old simple tex...

See: http://www.midibox.org/forum/index.php?topic=2870.msg72469#msg72469 i'm probably off on when it switched, might have ...

my fuzz probe is flat out my favorite pedal out of the 50+ i've had my hands on (DL-4 and whammy are next in line). BUT - it won't cooperate with keyboards that don't have grounded outputs. just causes it to ring constantly. imagine the fuzz factory would do the same thing since aside from the plate...

I'm wondering how that works sending the output back in... I have to get some sort of splitter? Thats the only way? The CS-15 has 2 outputs. I connect the low output to the mixer and feed the high output back in. So you could avoid using a mixer in this case? By running one of the 2 outputs into th...

I don't know if you've been to many gigs, but the sound is always the worst right up the front, which is why hyped up people who are way too excited about seeing the band go there. If you actually want to hear something that sounds good then stand near the mixing desk, or a bit in front if it's ata...

most all of daft punks discovery was made on a 707 b u l l - s h i t . . . no offense, but where'd you hear that? they already had 808, 909 and linndrum on homework and other than the kick drum, vocoder and lead parts discovery is about 90% samples. no, i'm not ripping on it, that'd be for another ...

ok, next take, after having had a little time to play with it... even if it doesn't send the midi signals i want it to, this thing is FUN. if you're a pro at sampling, it may not be your thing, but if you're like me and are not this thing is at least twice as easy to learn as an MPC (i've had a 500 ...

reminds me of that grocery scene in the movie "go." except that was reggae, wasn't it?

anyway, i do like justice, though i skip the tracks with vocals and i'm not a fan of people who use nothing but a laptop live.
