This is too cool! As soon as the drums kicked in, I immediately remembered the theme song for Miami Vice(I even had the soundtrack on cassette  ) Yea the claps remind me of 80's rap. The only difference I'm getting between this track and the music of the 80's is that yours actually has some bas...

What album is that song on? I don't bother to remember Aphex Twin, Autechre, and other artists with obscure/nonsensical song titles. Too many cds to go through to try and find the song. If its on Analogue Bubble Bath 3, I need a track number. My copy is just a blank disk that came in a cd case with ...

I liked the ER-1. People like to complain about its plastic/digital sounds but I think that's what is great about it. I'm just not crazy about step-sequencing drums and prefer the MPC route. I kinda miss the recording delay movement FX. I have some er-1 samples on my MPC right now actually... I sti...

Is that possible-aren't tthe LFOs implemented in hardware? Digital LFOs, you would have to access and tweak them from the menu. Every time I go into Guitar Center I just can't help myself to mess with the LP for a while. I always have to remind my self that I don't have any room for it at the momen...

Cleaning dust out of pots/sliders on JP8000

Whats the best way to clean dust bunnies out of the pots and sliders on JP8000? Do I have to take the case apart, or will a vacuum cleaner work? Also, is it true that vacuum cleaners create electro static and can cause you to zap electronics, or is that a myth to get people to buy static-free vacs?

EA-1 arrived today, this little box is f**k rad! It is like a shitty 303 emulator! Pretty cool sounding :P Sp far I'm really liking the way the sequencer works-dead easy! Just need to figure out how to save and chain patterns.

Still waiting for the ER-1.

Use your 107 and 101 to turn any synth that you may have been neglecting into a quick and dirty monophonic bass machine. Synth into 107 into 101. Try plugging the Env. out of the 101 into the Wave CV of the 107.

If you want a cable making challenge, try soldering Neutrik right angle TRS plugs. Major pain the a*s to get the wires to stay put. you just gotta get one of those multi-armed " helping hands ". a little metal gadget with small arms with multiple joints and clamps. also has a magnifying glass. like...

The LFO sequencing tricks were totally beyond anything I've thought about. So I'm happy I learned that from your ESQ-1 vid. +1 Timing may be a little hard to get right on a modular without tempo synced LFO's. Moog MP-201 will solve that issue though. The MS-2000 video was fun to watch even though I...

Input quantization?

I want an MPC.

 80's cop thriller soundtrack. I love 80's action movies, that was perfect. Only complaint I have is change your drums, it sounds like your cycling through different hits.

Ditto, but I use an EHX B.Micro Synth instead. Same idea though, drum loop into synth pedal. Pretty hardcore and industrial sounding.
