Re: Doepfer mini case multiples
A minicase just for mults is a bit overkill. You could also just screw them to wood blocks. And there's also stuff like this:

Re: Effects processor for Nord Lead
I think a Zoom MS50G or MS70CDR might be perfect for you. Cheap, small, configurable multi-fx, good sound for the price :thumbright: Regarding "compatibility": levels are no big deal, just turn down the synth. You might have to amplify it again afterwards though. However, you might get into impedanc...

What types of effects are you looking for? Also, define "too expensive".

Re: YAMAHA DX7 Up Velocities up to 127
The DX7 MK1 will ignore velocity above 100, so no chance. Your only bet is a Grey Matter E! card or a later revision DX7.

Re: Monthly Patching Workout 2015
Things were starting to drift off into bleeps and bloops so I thought I'd torture you with a boring subtractive patch 8-) I wanted to go for something paraphonic with four oscillators and some nice MMF6 mangling :headbang: https://soundcloud.com/contracommunemopinionem/july-15-paraphonic-ratchet-voi...

What are you talking about? This thing has 8 mic inputs. You're doing something wrong:

Re: TR-808 Fill-In
So when you want to edit a fill you just go into either the first or second part after choosing a white button (fill pattern) and then once you've done that you just go into "Manual Play" and choose a pattern from 1-12 and then one from 13-16 and that's it? Correct. Like you would with any other (n...

Re: TR-808 Fill-In
To write (in write mode), just select one of the four fill in patterns while the machine is not running. Just like any other pattern.
