According to their Wikipedia entry, the synths used on the album are: Yamaha DX7, Oberheim Xpander, Casio CZ1000, Roland Juno 60 & JX-8P, Emulator, Yamaha RX11 drum machine, Simmons toms and various acoustic instruments.

It is hard to tell which keyboards produced those sounds but I can promise you that you will achieve similar ones (with a little programming, of course) with any 90s rompler such as the JV- or XP-series from Roland.
