It's due to the limitation of MIDI, a protocol which was developed in the late 70s / early 80s and is hampered by its resolution. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's no audio input on the P08 is there? The MophoKey and Tetra have the output normaled to the input jack, hence feedback. That's important.
