Re: Best Clavinet Box

I'm not really into any of the clavinet emulations that I've tried. Maybe I just can't play them properly. I've never tried the real thing either, but do real clavinets really sound like Tickyclav? I somehow doubt that.

Or "Modern musicmaker", etc. I guess the guitarr people have their "vintageguitarforum" and their modern guitarpalyer stuff. If I were intrested in software, radiases and motifses Id go somwere else. If people want new vs. ...

Re: Fairlight review was pretty interesting

I believe that's the Rhodes Chroma. The video is a bit smudgy, but I think it's recognizable. He seems to have the expander module on top of it as well (so it's basically 2 Chromas).

My Korg EX-800 makes for a pretty nice MIDI through / cord extension -unit.

If AG loses this one, does it mean that the D-50 is a VA?

Re: matching track volumes over a collection/album

A friend suggested dragging all of the tracks onto a timeline and then mixing them there This is how I've done it, 60% of my material is ambient style of music without any sort of drums. Envelopes are quite useful in this process too, so there's no need for destructive editing. I've just done it al...

Re: Was the Roland D50 the first VA Modelling Synth?

I don't think I've misinterpreted him, because I don't claim to have a proper understanding of how it actually works. It would of course help if they would give clear, more detailed descriptions on their site of what they are doing instead of simply saying that what they are doing is something excep...
