I will probably go this route...Mainly because I can get a desk top evolver for under 400, and a little phatty for about 850 to 900, the other way around seems more expensive. Evolver keyboard around 800 to 900 and the slim phatty around 800...(all used of course)

If I am not mistaken (it was a longtime ago), just plug in the dr55 output to the the ext in of the cs5 and use the external trigger knob to mix the two things...
