I will probably go this route...Mainly because I can get a desk top evolver for under 400, and a little phatty for about 850 to 900, the other way around seems more expensive. Evolver keyboard around 800 to 900 and the slim phatty around 800...(all used of course)

Bass station might be going on sale soon, Sh 101 gets out of tune all the time, and CS5, well I don't like gigging with it...

If I am not mistaken (it was a longtime ago), just plug in the dr55 output to the the ext in of the cs5 and use the external trigger knob to mix the two things...
