Re: Akai AX60

Ah OK, that makes sense. I didn't know about the oddball 13-pin jack. I found a pic of it: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_rScBRKlTdoE/S7KuaKlgrvI/AAAAAAAA4R8/rueBXjqP1A4/s1600/!BpQswjwB2k~%24%28KGrHqUH-CsEuZHwroHsBLqmJgYHSQ~~_3.JPG Hm, I wonder if it would be easy to replace that with a normal audio jac...

Re: Synths for fun and investment

[deadly serious]If you're serious about investing and you're budget is small, look at savings accounts, saving certs, or forestry. Not synths. They break.[/deadly serious] I have a whole pack of these. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_yb-UNYcBgHc/RvVyz0QLq_I/AAAAAAAAESo/qWkS4_Azw2E/s320/CERTS.jpg What are...

Re: drum machines w/ individual outs

I generally just use stereo outs but the DSI Tempest will have 6 outs and I shall try using all of them and it shall be awesome. But currently if I want to add an effect to just one drum part I'll record it separately.

Re: Akai AX60

Just bought an AX60 from Z! :keys1: One question about coupling it with the Akai S-612. Only dealt with them once. Bought a synth and got a "sorry not in stock" email. But they kept they never changed their messaging on the site. So yeah, calling ahead is probably recommended.
