Re: Moog Little Phatty Discontinued
Someone on Muffwiggler pointed out: It is really bothering me that for the whole 7 years Moog Music were selling the Little Phatty as "Bob Moog's last design" the entire time and now all of the sudden it's Cyril Lance's design? Also on their website under the Bob Moog's prototypes and development bo...

Ah, I didn't know about the Thomann Edition. There's an Australian version like that too.

Re: Waldorf Blofeld
I just recently got the desktop version with SL to have an all-in-one rompler/synth unit for my more guitar-based band. SL comes with some decent samples including the ones you mentioned.

Same reason there are a lot of used Led Zeppelin LPs: A lot of people bought them new.

Re: CME UF60 a big turn off! Help
In that case, have you started with meatball and madmark's troubleshooting? According to the mK manual, there is no way to filter notes out of the MIDI stream, only controllers, program changes and sysex. So if you are sending controllers OK, the notes should be getting through. I assume you have al...

Re: CME UF60 a big turn off! Help
So the issue is that the UF60 isn't triggering notes on the Korg via MIDI?

Re: CME UF60 a big turn off! Help
Unless you're not explaining your routing properly, the audio signal is coming out of the MicroKorg, not the CME, like meatballfulton says. If you are routing audio from the MicroKorg into the CME somehow (I think there is a sound card?), you should probably explain that signal chain to get some help.

Re: Clavinet sound
I suppose the real question is why Hohner thought there was a market for an electric clavichord. Stevie Wonder was the one who popularized the instrument but it predates his use of it. So you're saying they made it before he even played it?!! The Clavinet, Pianet and Cembalet were invented as a sma...

Re: ANOTHER monosynth...oh and an analog drum machine (MFB)
The Tanzbar looks stupidly rad... Pretty much everything I ever wanted in an analog drum machine... and nothing I don't :D At first I was mostly hot on the Dominion but both look pretty enticing now. Seems like the Tanzbär is does the basic drum machine thing plus more (like p-lock) without getting...
