Thanks for the responses guys. I am not chasing any specific sound, honestly, just looking for a starting point. I like the idea of trying out different VST's to get a better idea of what synths I'm into

the thing that's making me lean away from going that route is that if I want to upgrade some time down the road, I'll have to upgrade my whole setup rather than just the module
