Get the one that has more knobs.

Get the smallest Vice Grips you can find and try that. Clamp it on the screw head and gently unscrew it. It may take a few tries to get the tension right to get a good grip on the screw head.

If the doesn't do it, try an "Easy Out" type screw extractor.
