I acually have access to several 3D printers, so if I don't find any suitable replacements I'd do just that.
Not a fan of the feel of the printed plastic but it's better than nothing.

I would still need the dimensions, though.
Can't copy a slider I don't have.

I recently bought a Casio CZ-5000 that was sadly missing the fader knobs.
Seeing that this is a common issue I wanted to ask whether somebody knows any other fader knobs that will fit.

Any help would be appreciated.
