Never mind, got it working. Just re-soldered about 70% of the board and apparently that's all it took. It's working fine now and sound pretty darn good. The power supply was working alright before I touched the VCF/PSU board so yeah, I might have to re-measure the voltages there. Although I didn't really fiddle with anything on the PSU side, other than touching up a few solder joints. But something might have gone bad there in the process. Thanks, d...

Alright, so I measured the power supply rails and they were really low. After replacing the main filter capacitors, I got the synth working. So I figured I might as well recap the other boards as well while I'm at it, and I got all other boards done and it worked fine until I got to the VCF/PSU/outp...
