Same story with most Roland stuff like the D-50 or JX8P too. It's stupidly simple to swap out the funky 2-prong jack for a standard IEC connector, so a lot of people have done that (including me).

I agree that it's almost definitely a custom job. Wouldn't be surprising in the least.
