Re: "note on" sticking Midi problem
Don't know anything about any of those products, but first thing I'd probably check would be to see if the latest driver was installed for that Motu 128 off their website.

Re: Rhodes seventy three 79'

rackmount multi effects/EQ/preamp?
I'm looking at a Line 6 pod HD pro and that looks a lot like what I want except the price tag. Anybody know of anything else like it?

Re: Rhodes seventy three 79'
Awesome thx! If the amp and PS are spares and willing to part with them shoot me a price. I may go with something new or frankinstein something together still, may be more reliable and cheaper. Knobs and or sliders too I might need, but I seen a refab site that sells those for a fair price. Oh and i...

Re: Rhodes seventy three 79'
Hey thanks, I did know that info from being to that site already and that is the best pic of the front panel I've seen but I'm hoping for something I can use to print out on to clear sticky and can read with little editing. I'll prob have to do it from scratch, on the other hand thinking I might cut...

Rhodes seventy three 79'
Hi, Anyone with one, that has the sliders and some sort of phase effect on the panel, be able to do me a favor and send or post a high res pic of the panel on your Rhodes, please please? I'm restoring one that don't have that plate and no electronics but all the holes are there, and having trouble f...

Re: What is fm synthesis like on other synths (non yamaha dx
You can also do FM using a fast sequencer and maxing out things like the pitch bend event in opposite amounts on every other tic. Sounds like poo and don't really give the beautiful ring mod type bell sounds, more like a glitchy old computer game and you risk getting lag and glitches etc. on your se...

Re: Synth Sounds ID?
Um, how did you get the track?
My guess would be a Korg Triton or some kind of popular workstation synth.

Re: Weird Audio Problem(s) Ugh Oh
Are your cables hosas? Those tend to go bad after a little abuse, sometimes go bad on their own after a while, but I keep buying them cause I can get 3 or 4 sets to one monster. Anyway, there are also lights on the old Oberheim voice cards too, don't know about the RT stuff, never seen any lights pe...

Re: Live 9 Upgrade---I Hate Computers!
Ah, thought it prob was something like that, that is a huge amount of samples then, good those didn't have to re-install. Wasn't paying much attention during most of the install for 8, I'd come back and check on it, yep still going.

Re: Live 9 Upgrade---I Hate Computers!
Wow, that installed 20x quicker than 8 trial. Only took five minutes. It didn't reset my activation remaining time though, still have 22 days. Looks cooler over on the left panel, wondering what I didn't get...
