Its a long story that I actually don't know the full ending of the story. It was in top shape when I sold it.

Do you mean the 700? It was packed BY UPS, so it should've been.

99% of synths shipped aren't packed professionally to UPS or FedEx standards because it costs about $100 or more to do it. UPS boxed up a System 700 main console and they managed to trash the whole right side of it. I would NEVER pack a synth with UPS standards since I would want it to arrive in on...

Now all you need is a Prophet-5 and a System 700 lab and you have Japan's good stuff.

Probably the closest I've come with it out actually being a Moog was a Crumar DS-2 believe it or not.

The CS-80 presets are not all hardwired. There is a section where you can program four presets for recall. Although this is still done all analog not digital...
