Looking for Specific Sound

There's a very specific sound I need from the 80s (of course). It's prominently featured on A-ha's "Manhattan Skyline" (see Thanks for any and all help :)

There's a lot of sounds in that song.
Are you going to give us some kind of clue as to what sound you mean..?
