Synth memory glitches? (Not dead battery)

One day I turned on my Juno 106 and came across all the patches sounding weird and different to the ones I saved. I could notice some of the sound of the one I saved but sometimes the attack was really long or short or the LFO really intense on it. The battery is still good and the weird patches are still in the same place when I turned it on later.
Probably just a glitch in the computer memory and would just need to save something over it.
Anyone ever have this happen to them?
