Casio CZ-5000 sequencer tapes convert to MIDI files?

Any thoughts on this? It would be pretty cool to just load in the WAVs of tapes and get a MIDI file.

It looks like the sysex format for CZ-5000 sequencer is readable:

But the problem there is there's no document of what sequencer parameters the bytes relate to. Is there?

It looks like the tape data is KCS format, which can be converted to a file:

Or it might be easier just to buy a CZ-5000 and do it the easy way LOL!

I thought I would have a go at this with AI coding help, but the problem is there is no document of what SysEx parameters relate to what sequencer parameters. It would be laborious, with an actual CZ-5000, to say, input one note on one track at a specific tempo, dump that file, and reverse engineer it, repeat ad nausem.

Maybe if I wait another 5 years, an AI could do it
