Those presets are all there in the PSR-60 pack meatballfulton helpfully linked to. They're definitely not sampled sounds. They're typical 4-op FM sounds. I'd suggest getting DEXED and scour the web for FM patches. Examples of such presets : Brass&Chimes, Hawaian Guitar, Calliope (so different from the Roland's one).
