Anyone recognise this David Sylvian synth?

Apologies i can’t post the pic as file too large but the link is to David Sylvian’s Instagram.
I’m fairly good on synths but never seen the one in his studio on the right of the photo.
You can’t miss it. If anyone knows I would be grateful to find out.

I'm not. It gives a sound quite like some tape machines, say, the IBM dictaphone Holger Czukay used.
