I got my hands on a bunch of old music magazines from the 80s... what a fantastic read and I'm sad to say, I can remember actually buying some of the exact same issues... time flies.

If only I'd known!!!!!!!!!! BTW, the magazine is/was 'Sonics' from July-Oct 1980 ... Sonics was an Australian music industry magazine with equipment reviews, industry news, a bit of DIY and a snapshot of the Australian/N.Z music industry .... those were the days.
