Been a while since i've posted here and what better time than during the release of what looks to be an instant classic. Ok...I'm sure you're all tired of that term "instant classic" eh?.
Can't wait to try one of these on for size and those Trippler demos sound great. Kudos to the DSI team not only for producing this new poly-analog, but for keeping it a surprise almost up to the moment they ship!

That's what I want to know most. If it's a Low Pass with maybe just a static High Pass and not a Multimode with BP it'll be a letdown, that's what most Poly Analogs have all been missing.

I think you will have to pray more than that... :D

The last pic on Matrixsynth looks more like an old prototype. And the price would not be the same, too.

The latest picture there is actually a photoshopped image.

Sounds like a fantastic idea.

I hope the build quality is an improvement over the Evolver. Its cheap knobs were a major for me everytime I tested it. Perhaps that's superficial of me, but I like to have a good tactile and solid response from all controls - whether on a car, a synth, or the handle on a kitchen cabinet.

When I have to use something that feels like it might break off in my hand, it throws me off.

Nope. There aren't any 3-osc P10's in the world.

According to the information so far, I´d call it "Prophet-800", instead of "Prophet 08".

Sounds like a stereo Matrix 1000 with faster LFOs!

The 800 reminds too much of the 600, and everyone knows the 5 is more legendary ;).

Thank you for the new sound clips. At least it's clear now that it has a noise generator. Good! :)

Somebody please post a picture which shows the whole synth with the wooden ends. No matter if the picture is not pro quality. :P
