which would be better for simple, fat, warm, fuzzy bass?:
bass station or moog rogue?

your going to get a better range from the basstation.....play it thru a fuzz box too....

I really think that a separate envelope is needed for the VCA and VCF to get good bass sounds. The Rogue has a single envelope where the Bass Station has two. So, although I know nothing about the Novation synth, I'd vote for that one. If you want a Moog, look for a MicroMoog. I really like mine for bass and it has a great modulation section.

The moog has a more 'vintage' sound.
