Emu ROM question.

Does anyone know if the Proteus 2 Orchestral module has ROM that will work in my Command Station? That wouod be the beez neez.. Thanks.

Yep.

The Protozoa Rom is basically the Proteus 1, 2, and 3 sounds in a single Rom.

It is the bees knees, IMHO.

Just to clear up the above answer for you:
If you are talking about the proteus 2 (older black rackmount), then no, the ROM is not directly transferable to the command station... but, you may separately get the Protozoa ROM he speaks of for the command station.

I have one in a PK-6 keyboard but it used to be in my MP-7 Command Station. Loads of great, usable sounds in there. Using the layering available in the Proteus 2K voice architecture you can do wondrous things with it.
