Hi folks
is a waldorf micro q the "yellow" version a good trade for my Roland jx8p with manual and cord and 2 memory cards? my stuff is excellent and I wanted cash but hey maybe this waldorf thing would be cool
what y'all think??

They are different sounding synths; there are a lot of features that the Micro Q has that the JX8P doesn't but sound is usually the most important consideration and you will find that the Micro Q sounds a lot different than your JX8P. You might like the Micro Q's sound better or you might not. If I were in your situation it would be a tough call but with the Waldorf Blofeld aboutto hit the scene, I'd expect the price of Micro Qs to plummet so I might stick with the JX8P.

I think those are harder to find when it's gone while you still can easily get the uQ or even the blofeld.
