Going rate for SH-09/SH-1?

Well I've seen them up around the $500 buckaroo mark recently so is that pretty normal? It's been a while since I've checked the prices on these beasties.
Makes me wish I discovered that I had a synth-tech down the road before I sold my CS-15 :(

I think that's still the general going rate. Maybe give or take a hundred bucks.
