What kind of hardware and/or software is used here?

Hello all. I have a question, and If it can be answered, it would be awesome.
The following videos are from an Industrial group from Germany named Feindflug, specializes in Industrial with WW2 based themes. But I was wondering, does anyone have an idea of what kind of equipment this is? I'd love to know.
