nice, but white is just not my cup of tea for analog synth restoration. cant help feeling im at a funeral, or at las vegas wedding ceremony. tho it works on Virus Polar.

for vintage, i prefer redone original panels. and then perhaps some exotic wood. like guys at synthwood did on a prophet5. it looks like prophet alright, but as if left the factory yesterday, not 30 yrs ago.

Jeez, you've also done a white SH-101 for someone I know so this must be the new look! Seems white is the new black.

Anyway, some fantastic work there (as per usual!), but to be honest I think I prefer the original, darker colours - the navy blue Polysix and Mono/Poly design is especially fetching IMO. Still good to see you are getting plenty of work. :thumbup:

i did re make a few control panels back to original , i guess the mint version sold for a bit more than a scuffed up version , see just one example below ,

great work! i have a question though: when you restore a synth, are you refinishing and painting the original surfaces (the end caps, the control panel, etc.), or somehow crafting completely new materials?

Well I still plan on sending in my M1. However I was thinking of white or off white.
