Steve Sexton On Red Rider's Neruda, Gear?

Post by tim gueguen » Sat Aug 23, 2008 1:35 am

Pretty simple question. Anyone got a hint as to what Steve Sexton was using synthwise on Red Rider's Neruda album? The video for "Light in the Tunnel/Human Race" shows him playing what I'm all but certain is an OBXa, but whether he used one on the record is another question. I saw Red Rider at least once, but I think it was probably the Breaking Curfew tour, as although I wasn't close enough to see the keyboard setup in detail, and wouldn't have had a clue yet anyways, I can clearly remember a flickering CRT display onstage. Sexton's replacement John Webster was a PPG user, so it was probably the screen of a Waveterm I could see.
