Can't be without the classic house piano - Piano16' - a la Korg M1. I think you can find this particular piano on a few of their 90's modules too.

tx81z - lately bass
jd800 - the piano (i think it was patch I53) or the M1 piano
dw8000 - there is an organ sound that is used a lot, esp in the lower octaves
