Question - Multivox MX-75

A buddy of mine picked up a free multivox mx 75 (what a deal!) and my question is.... Does anybody know very much about the synth? I briefly tried to dig up some info but couldn't find much on the brand nor the MX-75 model. If anybody knows very much about this instrument... mainly how much it's worth, please let me know. I'm rather interested in taking it off of his hands but I have to "attempt" to stay within my budget.... nor do I want to rip him or myself off. The synth great - def. not the most powerful synth ever but it has a great mix of analog and novelty.
